Day 5: San Juan, Puerto Rico. Again.
Alas, our amazing cruise has come to an end.
Today is our last day on the boat, and we’re headed back to San Juan.
What an amazing 4 days so far! 4 days of jam packed excitement! Since we have no planned on-shore excursions today, we’re going to take advantage of the cruise ship! To explore new unchartered areas of this huge ship. I swear, I’ve never seen anything of this size before, and everything on it! Wow, with 5 days on this ship, we still haven’t explored everything.
We slept in a little today, woke up at 7.
Perhaps… “slept in a little” is a bit of a stretch. xD Only 4 more hours until we’re expected to dock.
So, for one last time, we had breakfast on the ship. We ate so quickly, you’d think there was a fire!
We rushed to the rock-climbing wall, and finally climbed it. ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP! The view was spectacular. I just wish I could’ve taken my camera up with me, that would’ve been a Kodak Moment!

Look at the height of that wall! I was terrified, but I made it! T_T
After that, we rushed to have one last sundae at Sprinkles.
Mmm… Olivia and I shared this huggee banana split! It was amazing.
It’s a rather big photo: [Link]
And wow, by then it was already 10:00 AM! Only one more hour of bliss.
And this was when we decided to pack.
I know, we’re such horrible planners! We RAN back to our room, and shoved everything inside our suitcases.
With all our purchases, we could barely fit everything! It was like our suitcase had shrunk in size. D:
We packed quite quickly, which surprised us both. We had everything organized and ready to get off the boat, but we had one last half hour. So we quickly stopped by the boats’ Duty-Free shop, and I picked up a nice postcard and souvenirs for some of my friends back in, where? Oh that’s right, Canada. I almost forgot. :]
Something similar to the postcard I picked up.
KIDDDDDING! I love Canada. xD I also got some stuff for my other friends, in AMERICA~
That half hour went by too quickly, and before we knew it, we were off the ship.
Alas, our free cruise vacation was over.
We RUSHED to the airport to catch our flight, sad that we couldn’t stay in San Juan for long.
After the long and tiring flight home (kinda makes all the relaxation seem wasted), we finally reached home.
Exhausted and content, Olivia and I reminisced on some of the more memorable parts of the trip.
It was an amazing experience, and even better since we have this blog to read over and over again! We shall never forget this.
